We ate at the restaurant and worst food everything was cold even hot water for tea was cold didn’t get the kind of bread we order or the right eggs. Complained and didn’t even get a discount very disappointed for a $71. Dollar breakfast, will not eat there again or recommend, we told friends to eat there and their food was the same cold and didn’t get the right toast. But over all stay and room where great.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it’s consistently been a good experience. The rooms are clean and decent, and the front desk staff are always helpful. The price is reasonable compared to other hotels of similar quality. There’s plenty of parking, and the Park & Fly option is a nice bonus. Overall, a good place to stay for the price.

I’m surprised at the low ratings for this hotel. I’ve stayed here many times with my husband and baby over the years. Never had any issues. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and location is right near shopping and the airport. Good for the price. Comfortable and always clean in my experience.

My shower wasn't clean, there was hair from previous people in the shower in different areas. The shower wall should be cleaned. My coworkers shower curtain was dirty she also said. I'd return but ask for the shower to be cleaned. I just stayed away from that area of the shower.

I especially like that you provide a free shuttle service to from the airport. The driver took the time to give me a solo ride to the hotel while other riders were waiting for their luggage at the baggage carousel. Very much appreciated as the wait would have been quite a while.

We've enjoyed staying at Valhalla for years but rooms are showing noticeable wear and in need of attention to broken floor tiles, bathroom sealants and worn, saggy mattresses. A couple years ago, the mattresses were comfortable, but now they are in need of replacement. We both had terrible sleep and woke up with back pain. We will probably have to stay elsewhere next time.

Great stay. My only issue was curtain in bedroom did not cover full window. Needed another one to fully block out light outside

Just the registration process, I clearly said a couple times, there would only be me, 1 person. The confirmation notice had 2 persons staying. Incorrect. I was not informed, there would be a damage fee. $150 was charged to my credit card. The total amount of my bill was refunded, then the actual amount charged again.

Outstanding service and allowing me to park for a couple of weeks to visit family. Front desk were very helpful and I particularly enjoyed the assistance of one of the porters whose first name was See.

Front desk was excellent "Rainen" was particularly accommodating. There was like a heavy piece of furniture being dragged across the floor in the unit on top of me multiple times and it was handled promptly for me.

We loved the pool area, the water was comfortably warm compared to most hotel pools we've been to. The sauna was clean and refreshing after taking a dip.

Good: Free Shuttle to Airport, Parking during trips, Location to Shopping, Bad: The main entrance is looking dated and untidy the hallways to the rooms are need of cleaning.

I recently stayed in King bed drive-up room. I am pretty satisfied with the room and especially with the front desk for their help. Would recommend.

I loved my stay except when I went down for airport shuttle I was asked if I could wait for 30 min which I agreed to but after I waited 40 min and asked again about shuttle driver was standing there and exclaimed ( no one told me ..I could have taken you 40 min ago so I felt un importnt and there was lots of front staff working and it was not busy

We enjoyed staying in this room. It was very clean. We liked that there is a restaurant on site. We would stay again. The only issue we had was the lock on the slider door. We booked the drive up room to be able to use this door for taking our dog in and out but the door lock was very difficult to try to open and the slider frame very rusty. Overall a great stay

Good: Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. Bad: I hope they freshen up the room and clean it a little more thoroughly for the second night. There was hair on the bathroom floor, and the floor was not clean.

I had an extended stay from Sunday to Wednesday late afternoon. Housekeeping didn’t come in to change towels or take garbage until Wednesday.
