The lifeguard stood out to me because she was very attentive and focused in the kids. She was ready to do her job if need be. She was very friendly and nice with the children. The last time I stayed. Here the lifeguard sat in their phone the entire time. Was nice to see someone care and enjoy their job

We had a really great experience here at the hotel. Its conveniently located 5 mins from the airport. Walmart is litterally across the street with a wide range of budget friendly restaurants and takeout options, you'll get value for money. The hotel bookings are reasonably priced and they promise the rooms are "smoke free." For those that care, the hotel does have a small gym for a quick exercise, a reasonably sized indoor pool, a large cozy seating area with a wood fired fireplace, a little snack shop, and of course a restaurant that provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel is well managed and maintained. Cozy, clean, and tidy. The rooms come with a study table, tv with cable, and the basic necessities. Practicality, convenience, service, and the ambiance that the hotel had provided for us, were the reasons for us to book here. Its totally a welcoming environment for family and children aswell. If we're in town again we wouldn't mind stopping here in a heartbeat. We totally enjoyed our stay here, it was a pleasurable experience. (Just an FYI, one of our family friends car did get broken into outside. We recommend to bring all you're valuables inside with you, better safe than sorry)

The room was comfortable. One thing I was kinda upset about was not having a bath tub when I had specifically request one. The drain in the shower was so clogged they everything we showered it overflowed

Very impressed with this hotel. Room was recently renovated - perfect. Very clean hotel. Incredible staff. Beautiful pool. Truly a pleasant surprise … highly recommend.

Checking in was smooth and front desk staff was kind, room was clean and comfortable. The 4th floor had a slight musty smell in the hallways which wasn’t pleasant but not a big deal. Parking lots not plowed which was mildly annoying as well but we managed fine.

The room was great! Except for the location of the heater; it was blowing right on my face throughout the night.

Off I go to work again the mine. I really enjoy my stay at the hotel. The rooms are really nice and have been recently renovated. One of the things I love about this hotel is they have a shuttle bus that will pick you up or drop you off at the airport free of charge. It’s a beautiful thing when you can call your hotel and they can pick you up within five minutes of landing. That’s the other thing that’s so nice about this location. You are literally less than five minutes away from the airport. Another really great thing for travellers is that they let you keep your vehicle parked at the hotel for free while you are away. I like to save money and parking can be expensive if you’re away for a week or two. I called the front desk when I landed and they even started my Bronco so it would be warm when I arrived. Great customer service at this hotel. Cheers guys and keep up the great work.

Stayed at Valhalla for the first time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was a good price, food was fancy, tasted amazing and not overly expensive. The room was clean, so that was great. But what really stood out was the front desk staff...they were outstandingly friendly and warm.

Was very noisy into the night. Had a difficult time sleeping. Could hear everything happening above us and in the halls.
