I had 1 issue that i reported to the reception. I wanted to use the hanged hand towel in the rack, wheni opened it, there were hairs

We had an excellent stay and the staff were very pleasant. We had dinner in the dining room and it was great. Only complaint was “no” baked potato available with your steak, therefore didn’t order the steak but 2nd choice was great. We would recommend this hotel!

Made our staycation a great experience! Staff went above and beyond to help with setting up decor. Love the jacuzzi suite too!

Was just there for the day for a conference but the conference room was great and clean, staff was very professional, and food was fantastic (catered by the restaurant)

Good: Staff are fine, beds comfortable and shuttle was very quick. A few items were missing from our room however. Bad: The missing items in our room, soap, face cloths and kleenex

Ashwin made sure everything was taken care of quickly and with a positive attitude, which really enhanced my stay. His customer service skills truly stand out and reflect well on the hotel. Highly recommend asking for Ashwin if you’re staying here — excellent service all around!

Excellent staff, free upgrade when they booked our room by accident. Clean rooms, great amenities and just an overall enjoyable experience.

Staff and rooms are always great. I do wish that numbers for pull up rooms would be on the outside as well and designated parking spaces for pull up rooms. I had to leave and came back and someone else was parked outside my room. Inconvenient because I got that room because it would have been easier to load my vehicle as I have a baby

The hotel is generally quite good, although not without some oddities. For example, if you want to make coffee, it’s surprisingly difficult to do so without water. They provide a coffee machine, a selection of coffee or tea, and even cups — but no water. When you go downstairs and mention that there’s no water, they tell you to buy it. So, in addition to paying for the room and what is supposed to be included, you end up having to purchase water separately or use tap water. I found this very strange. However, when I later asked about buying water, the staff at the reception kindly gave me the largest cup so I could make coffee downstairs for free. This definitely helped resolve the situation, and for that I will leave a high rating. The rooms, overall, were decent and clean. I would still recommend this hotel.

Room was spotless, I love the comforters in the hotel rooms and the shuttle service. Will defintely be staying here in the future!

Bad: The parking area did not see any snow clearing for the 3 days of my stay and the walking in the parking area was dangerous!

Good: Loved it and great location Bad: Nothing about the property but our rooms outlets didn’t work except for one so it kinda sucked trying to charge things
