Our Pet Policy

Please read through our hotel's Pet Policy and check off in acknowledgement of every section to continue. Please do not hesitate to clarify any portions of this policy with our friendly team members.
I agree that my pet will not be left unattended in the room for extended periods of time. I will leave a contact telephone number, which can always be used to reach me, when I am leaving my pet unattended. If I am not able to be contacted by the hotel, I understand that I may be subjected to a noise complaint fee. Additionally, if noise concerns are reported by other hotel guests when my pet is left unattended, I will assume the financial responsibility taken on by the hotel to compensate any guests who are affected by the above-mentioned noise concerns. I understand that if the hotel is unable to contact me and my pet is unattended, hotel staff may enter the room to attempt to calm my pet down (please let us know if there are any treats in the room for your pet we can give).*
I agree that when I wish to have my room serviced by Valhalla Hotel's room attendant(s), I will have my pet be in a cage or out of the room. I will also ensure that I will always place the "Do Not Disturb" sign whenever my pet is in the room or not in a cage.*
I agree to fully accept responsibility of any and all damages caused by my pet during my stay at Valhalla Hotel. I understand that I am financially responsible for all repair costs for any damage and/or additional cleaning requirements.*
I authorize Valhalla Hotel to charge the credit card I have submitted on file for any such costs. I also agree to a daily Pet Fee of $15+tax. Service animals and support animals with the proper identification will have the above-mentioned fee waived.*

Some paw-sitive notes for your stay

There is ample green space surrounding the perimiter of our hotel that will come in handy when your pet is longing for some outdoor time. For more outdoor location suggestions, just ask one of our friendly team members.
